Expected dates to receive the final June 2025 marks in a course
Grade 10 Math and Science as well as Grade 11 English and French have Ministry of Education (MEES) uniform final exams in June. School marks for these courses are moderated by the Ministry of Education, the final mark in these courses is determined by the Ministry, NOT by the school. Consequently, the final June mark in these courses is NOT given on the final school report. Instead, the final mark for these courses is given on the Ministry of Education Statement of Marks, which you should receive by mail during the second week of July.
The school regulates all courses other than those mentioned above. The final mark for these courses appears on the final school June report card, which will be available on the portal in late June. Thus, some students may have to register for a summer course before they know if they need to take it. Students and parents can call or come in to summer school to inquire about marks if you have not received your transcript. If a student registers for a summer course, then finds out from either the school report or the Ministry of Education report that it is not necessary, there will be a full refund.
