The Western Quebec team is proud to host the 2019 annual PR.O.C.E.D.E Conference. Learning with a View brings together speakers and workshop facilitators from around the globe as we explore new perspectives and approaches on staff and student learning. We welcome you to the Outaouais and are looking forward to host you in the beautiful Hilton Lac Leamy!

Rebecca Hare

Teacher, designer, and creative thinker! She explores of the world of creativity and its impact on learning and success. Rebecca is also the co-author of The Space: A Guide for Educators.

Richard Lockyer

OLEVI International and Jariram, UK. Master coach and the mind behind the Outstanding Teaching and Learning and the Power of Coaching programs. These programs and the ethos behind them are now recognized across the world as being instrumental in raising standards in teaching, coaching and leading.

Cale Birk

Co-author of “Changing Change Using Learner- Centered Design” and District Head of Innovation in British Columbia, one of the highest achieving educational jurisdictions in the world.

Dwayne Nittel

Experienced educational and corporate administrator in leadership development. Dwayne has extensive experience in the educational and corporate world as an administrator and leader. His background as a consultant and facilitator focuses upon team building and leadership development.

Giancarlo Brotto

Giancarlo has more than 20 years experience working in education technology in K-12 and university environments. As SMART’s Global Education Strategist, Giancarlo engages with thought leaders, researchers, and policy organizations to gain further insight on trends in the K-12 education space.

Wednesday October 23: Celebrate with us as we recognize deserving individuals at the PR.O.C.E.D.E. Awards reception.

Thursday October 24: This year’s banquet theme gives all board teams the chance to get a little creative and Get your Vegas On by representing what VEGAS means to you.
