Council Minutes

The Council of Commissioners meets about nine times during the school year, usually on the last Tuesday of each month except July, August, and December. Council shall hold a public question period. Questions must be submitted by 4 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting. The question period normally lasts a maximum of 15 minutes, and each intervention is limited to 3 minutes unless otherwise authorized by the Chair. Meeting minutes are approved at the following meeting before being posted online.
