Dear Parents, Guardians, Adult and Vocational Education Students,

At his press conference yesterday afternoon, Premier François Legault announced that the Outaouais region will move from Red Zone Measures to Orange Zone Measures; the implemented changes will go into effect for our schools and centres on Monday, May 31.

Main measures planned at the orange level:

  • Full-time, in person instruction is offered to all preschool, primary, and secondary students.
  • Extracurricular activities are now allowed in stable group classes.
  • For students in vocational training and general adult education; educational services will be offered in the centers, according to the modalities and timetables provided. Distance learning is still possible for these two sectors.
  • The wearing of the procedural mask remains required at all times in the classroom, in common areas, and when travelling for all students except those in preschool.
