Access to Information
Secretary General Eldon Keon is the person responsible for processing requests under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information. Such request can be made using the Access to Information Request form or by contacting the office of the Secretary General at 819-684-2336 ext. 505001.

Council Minutes

The Council of Commissioners meets nine times on average during the school year, typically on the last Tuesday of the month (except July, August and December).

Council of Commissioner’s meetings are open to the public. All individuals or groups wishing to ask questions or state their concerns during the Public Participation Period are asked to submit a request to the Office of the Secretary General at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The minutes of a meeting need to be approved at the following meeting before being added on this page.
