Building Bridges is a three-part TEVA series designed to provide practical information and resources to students, families, school staff, and support partners who are helping high school students with diverse learning needs transition from high school to adult life.

Audience: High school students and parents involved in TEVA or with an IEP, as well as staff and partners interested in Continuing Education, Vocational Training, or Cégep Heritage College.
