As a long -time employee of the Western Québec School Board, I have come to deeply appreciate the incredible people who make up our organization. The strength of WQSB lies not only in what we do in our schools and classrooms with students, but also in how we support one another : with respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.
This page is more than just a resource, as it also serves as a reflection of our values and ongoing efforts to create a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
