Dear parents, guardians, adult and vocational education students,
The Fédération des professionnelles et professionnels de l’éducation (WQSB Education Professionals affiliated) has informed the Western Québec School Board of its intended strike action, scheduled to occur from 12:01 am to 11:59 am, on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.
As a result of this strike action, morning classes will be cancelled at all Western Québec schools and centres. All schools and centres will resume classes at 12:01 via distance learning (as per individual school schedules).
