Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
I have received official notification from the union executives representing our teachers and professionals indicating they will be on strike for seven days, from 12:01 am December 8th, 2023, through to 11:59 pm on December 14th, 2023.
As a result, a decision has been made to cancel all classes, transportation, and daycare services across the Western Quebec School Board on December 8th to December 14th, 2023. Please note that all schools, centres, and the board office will be closed on these days.
Should there be any changes in the situation, I will advise you. Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
